Scholarship Winner

The Thorndale Rotary Club is pleased to announce that Victoria Ruprecht is the recipient of the 3rd Jacob Edge Memorial Community Service Rotary Scholarship for the 2010/2011 school year. The $1,000 scholarship will be used by Victoria to attend Albright College where she plans study Education and become a High School teacher. Jennifer graduated in 2011 from Coatesville High School with a final GPA of 3.9, yielding a rank of 5 in a class of 500.

Ruprecht, who began taking college credit courses junior year, was a treasurer and member of the Coatesville Interact Club. Interact is Rotary International’s service club for young people ages 12 to 18.
